Merchandise Return Policy

No merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange without the written authorization of Hammer Hill Diversified Ltd. This authorization is obtained by email, using our contact form or by a phone call with a follow-up email.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in a resaleable condition and in any original packaging. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of their purchase.

A restocking fee may be assessed on returns at the discretion of Hammer Hill.

Hammer Hill reserves the right to apply fees on the return of products that are not in a resaleable condition. Products that arrived damaged during shipping must be reported before return.

Only previously authorized goods will be accepted for credit. We reserve the right to refuse the unauthorized return and have them returned at customer charge

Special Orders

All special order items or items that are customized will not be eligible for return or cancellation.

Claim for Missing Merchandise

All claims for missing merchandise must be submitted in writing within five (5) days following the receipt date of goods. Hammer Hill Diversified Ltd reserves the right to reject claims for missing merchandise made after five (5) days.

Procedures

  1. Contact us via email, phone, or our Contact Us webpage
  2. An authorization for return will be emailed to you
  3. Clearly identify all packages with the return authorization number. Include a copy of your original proof of payment.
  4. A refund or credit will be issued, following reception and verification of goods.
