Payment Policy

All prices listed are in Canadian Dollars. Available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Hammer Hill Diversified Ltd cannot accept other forms of payments than those listed on the checkout screen.

When placing an order an authorization hold will be placed on your credit card of choice for the total amount of the order. Upon confirming stock and product availability the full amount will be charged to your card. If there are any issues with product availability Hammer Hill Diversified Ltd will contact you on options with proceeding with the order before charging your payment method.

Special Orders

All special order items or items that are customized must be paid in full before work may start. This includes any additional design fees that may be applicable to your order. Once in production special orders cannot be cancelled.

Quoted Orders

In some cases, products may be listed as “Request quote”. Depending on the products and services in the order, Hammer Hill Diversified Ltd may set out custom payment terms and schedules to suit the order.

Taxes

Sales tax is collected on all orders destined for Canada in compliance with local laws and regulations. Hammer Hill Diversified Ltd does not collect tax on any international orders.

Shipping Policy

Orders can be shipped within Canada and the United States by Canada Post or Purolator depending on the products contained in the order. Shipping costs quoted on our checkout page are based on available data on weight and size. In the event of differences between this amount and the actual cost we will contact you to provide details on the price.

In-stock items are generally shipped within 1 business day of the order being placed. Items with additional lead times are indicated on the product page.

International Shipping (Including United States)

International orders will be shipped by Purolator. At this time Hammer Hill Diversified Ltd only offers shipping to the United States. If you are located outside of Canada or the United States please contact us for details.
The buyer is responsible for paying all duties and taxes due upon receipt.

Local Pickup

In-stock items for pickup are generally available for pickup the same day or next business day.
An email will be sent notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive prior to receiving this email or confirming if your order is ready.
Orders can be picked up at 42-3400 14th Avenue, Markham, Ontario. L3R 0H7
Pickup hours are Monday-Friday: 7:15 am to 3:15 pm. Closed on all public holidays. We reserve the right to change these hours based on business needs, weather conditions or other factors. In these cases, Hammer Hill Diversified Ltd will attempt to notify customers with outstanding pickups of any changes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product is safely loaded and secured in their vehicle. Hammer Hill Diversified Ltd cannot provide supplies such as blankets, tie-down straps, etc.
Please pick up orders within 5 business days of your “ready for pickup” confirmation. Large orders, such as custom millwork, displays, etc may be assessed a storage fee if not picked up that will be due before pick up.
